Digital Images
Seeing in digital and making digital images when I'm out and about, allows me to be very focused, but quick. I don't worry so much if I am being intrusive or I get the perfect light or angle. It's still about what I see, but...I can deal with it later. Unlike film, getting it right the first time, allows for discovery and a visit to the darkroom, to experience it all over again.
Soon, if it hasn't happened already, they're be photographers, who never experienced capturing with film, developing negatives, and or darkroom work, to produce the images they saw and felt. That's a shame, because, that's how photography was invented. Light, Time, Darkroom Obscura, Drawn, Film, Chemical, Print.
